TKO Boxing Inc. develops athletes inside and outside the ring through discipline, teamwork, and personal growth.
Led by Coach Orlando Paulding, the program provides youth mentorship and free amateur boxing training at East Pinson Valley Recreational Center. Our athletes are working toward higher-level competition, with a long-term goal of pursuing the 2028 Olympics.
Community outreach also raises awareness of social issues, including suicide prevention and human trafficking, through events and cause-focused apparel.

A veteran professional boxer and Birmingham-based trainer helping the next generation grow.
Coach Paulding offers youth mentorship and free amateur boxing training at East Pinson Valley Recreational Center. His work in southeastern boxing includes coordinating amateur matches, hosting tournaments, and helping local fighters develop their skills.
He also serves as a referee and judge at amateur events. TKO's development plan supports athletes with ambitions to compete internationally and pursue future Olympic opportunities.
